A note about our mission:
The funds will be used only for supplies, activities and clothing to use in the orphanage, Dorie's Promise. Our family will be responsible for 3 afternoon activities with the 36 orphans at Dorie's Promise. Some examples of our plans: Yard games (spike ball, playground ball, sidewalk chalk, wiffle ball), Craft supplies (bead projects, friendship bracelets), and Science experiment supplies (baking soda bottle rockets). Additional funds will be used to buy clothes for the children at Dorie's Promise and other supplies such as work gloves for community projects. Note: Our travel expenses have already been covered and these funds will not be used for that.
